Thanks for your interest in Whitworth and the Multicultural Leadership Program! The Multicultural Leadership Program seeks emerging student leaders with a passion to live, learn, love and lead across all dimensions of human difference on a campus where more than 50 percent of students are first-generation college students and/or from Black, Indigenous and People of Color communities and who desire to use their gifts to become agents of peace, reconciliation and equality.

Students eligible for the Multicultural Leadership Program must meet the following criteria:

Live in/around the Greater Tacoma, Tri-Cities or Spokane areas.
Signed up for College Bound.
Will be applying as a first-year (freshman) student.
